Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells and cockleshells,
And pretty maids all in a row.

We Ask for your Donations

This past Tuesday the 17th of January at approx 2 pm, Rev. Eddie Perruzzi, HP passed away suddenly of a heart attack, leaving behind his partner and two sons. In this time of grief for the family, the Temple of Diana is asking for donations on behalf of George and Jay Perruzzi, the money will be used to aid them in food, clothing, heat, rent, and those things in which are necessary at this time. As previously noted in the Temple web site, we had made available the information for a bank acct fund in which the aunt and mother had made, however, this fund is not directly able to be accessed by the children and we would like to ensure that all the money donated goes directly to the Children. In speaking with my Mama, i.e. Lori Bruno she too would rather the donations for Jay and George Perruzzi go to the Temple of Diana acct, this ensures that the children do get the money.

I do not often ask anyone to donate or to assist, however, at this time I am asking that anyone of you who can contribute to these funds to help the family in their time of grief.

How to Donate: There are three ways you may send your donation, each person who donates will receive a letter from the Temple of Diana acknowledging your donation and if you want to you may write it off in your taxes. The three ways to donate is either via PayPal.com, send the money to templeofdiana@aol.com and include in the Notes your Full Name and Mailing Address to ensure your letter; Two; you may send the money by wire transfer (you will need to call me directly to do this), when doing this attach an email notification to send to templeofdiana@aol.com so I will know who and how much you have sent, and the third way is to mail your check directly to Temple of Diana, Inc. at 1088 Calle 7, Villa Nevares, San Juan, PR 00927-5323 and I will forward your donation to the Bank. The first option is the easiest and quickest way to get your donation in for the boys.

Contact the Family: Anyone wishing to send a letter or card to the family may do so by mailing it to George & Jay Perruzzi, 124 ½ Federal Street, Salem, MA 01970. If you would like to send them food via delivery, many grocery stores provide this service; this too would be appreciated by the family. If you do this please contact me directly at 787-313-8887, or Lori Bruno at 978-741-9297 so they know to expect a delivery.

Your donation does not have to be a lot, every little bit counts in this time.

This is our duty as humans and those who honour the Gods and Serve them to step up and help when and where we can, this is what life is all about.

Please feel free to pass this message along.

I will be putting this up in the Facebook page, the main web site, and the Facebook Group.

May the Gods bless you all for your generosity.

"The Witches' Book of the Dead reflects the spirit of a Warlock who plays by his own rules (as every great Witch or Warlock should). Christian Day is an amazing resource when it comes to magic and Witchy legend and lore. Day breaks down Witchcraft history, humanizes the folks who have always stood casting and conjuring at the outskirts of society, and then celebrates them like one would cheer a rock star. A great book and mystical look into connecting with the other side and transforming the universe around us." -Jeff Belanger, founder of Ghostvillage.com, author of The World's Most Haunted Places, and host of 30 Odd Minutes.

Words of Wisdome from Dr. Leo Louis Martello

The following words of Dr. Leo Louis Martello are from his book, Witchcraft: The Old Religion:
"In the Craft, there is no hard dogma. Hard drugs are forbidden. Mindless morons can't be a compliment to our Mother Goddess. Sex is sacred, not something to be exhibited at a peep show. Power is something personal, not to be used over others, which is contrary to Craft ethics. Those who think the Old Religion will make them masters over others are slaves to their own self delusions. A happy person is always a powerful person and is hated by those who aren't. A happy person is in many ways selfish; in the Craft we must protect our best interests and ensure that the power that comes from joy remains constant, knowing that none of us are immune from the vicissitudes of life, but that our Old Religion will help us handle any adversity.
The Craft has survived for thousands of years. After everything else has come and gone, it will remain. And one day, in the coming Age of Aquarius, there will once again be magnificent temples to the Goddess." If you, as a Witch, allow wrongful acts in your midst and say nothing, you are as guilty as the perpetrator of the wrong. Leo believed in justice, and he detested cowards. He was the honorary father and elder of our coven. Our people miss him a great deal. Mere writing cannot tell how much we grieve for Leo. Within each and every one of us, he still lives. As Leo profoundly surmised:
"The Craft is an underground spring which has existed for centuries and predates the Judeo-Christian and Muslim faiths, and occasionally rises to the surface in small streams and lakes. The modern craft movement reflects a worldwide rising of this underground spring coming with such force that it cannot be dammed by our enemies. The force behind this tidal wave is the murdered souls of the Witches condemned by the Inquisition! We are back and are going to stay to guide people to truly know what peace and respect of humanity is. Hail to our Goddess and God."
